Elmeri is our Operations Specialist for the Finnish. One of his main work tasks is to help our partner get started and make sure they have every tool they need before live streaming. To see a team's journey and results is what motivates him to keep doing his work. 

Elmeri is a sporty guy who likes all kinds of sports and he has even won several championships in bandy, both in Finland and in Sweden. He describes his dream weekend starting off with golfing on Friday, maybe doing some padel on Saturday and then go full chill mode on Sunday. A hidden talent of his is ambidexterity, in normal vocabulary that means being able to use the left hand equally well as the the right hand.
