Something that motivates him to get out of bed every morning is getting to be a big part of a growing team.
You can probably find Tobi playing handball or any other team sports in his spare time. If he could be anywhere in the world right now that would be at the beach with his friends and family, maybe listening to some house music or picking up the guitar to play some notes.
