Solidsport is the one of the leading providers of live streamed sport. We offer an video plattform to sport teams, clubs, leagues and associations to help them live stream their sport events in a simple and effective way.
The earnings from the broadcasts are distributed equally in a unique initiative to create new financial resources for for all our partners. So far, SEK 40 million has passed Solidsport's platform and on to our partners. The storage space for saved image material is infinite in a thought that can be used for educational purposes of associations and teams. Solidsport is for all sports - big and small - and the vision is to contribute to a society where more people exercise and more people feel good.
We aim for a 100% growth year on year both when it comes to revenue and nr of live streams. During 2019 almost 44 000 sport events were broadcasted on our platform.
Now we are looking for a finnish speaking Customer success rep to our international Customer success team in Stockholm.

In this role you will be offered a dynamic work environment where growth and customer success are a natural part of the daily work. As a part of the customer success team you will have an important role in helping us increase our presence outside Sweden. Since 2019 we have established operations in Finland and work closely together with partners such as the Finnish Floorball, Basketball and Handball association. We also work with several youth tournaments such as Tallink Tournament (basketball) and Stadi Cup (football).
About the role
We are looking for someone who wants to help our partners become even better at streaming their games and by doing that helping our partners to expand their sports and drive revenue.
- Onboard teams and clubs in the Solidsport plattform.
- Educate our partners in how to broadcast their games via our plattform.
- Support our viewers and create a great customer experience.
- Closely monitor our partners broadcasts in order to establish the best possible live streaming quality.
- Fluent in Finnish (verbally and written).
- Good team player
- 1-2 years of experience from customer service or/and sales work.
- Interested in sports. Does not matter which sport since we have them all on our plattform.
- A desire to grow within the company and take on new responsibilities already within the first 12 months.
