We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Solidsport and our journey to revolutionize the world of sport streaming. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help us find the right candidates, identify potential and enable hiring of great employees.
What you will be doing
Solidsport is the biggest streaming platform in Europe with a proven business model. Now it's time for us to take the next steps and scale up both nationally and globally. As a Technical Recruiter you will play an important role in identifying and engaging with top talent to support the growth of the Engineering organization, in particular, but also the entire organization in general.

You'll be involved in the entire hiring process; defining the position, creating job ads, sourcing, interviewing, closing engineering talent from all over the world, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as a company. Who you are
Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key! What matters the most for us is your personality, motivation and competitive spirit. To truly succeed in this role, the following will help you get going from day one:
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies to ensure we hire the best talent.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and strive to collaborate with your colleagues to promote a friendly, fun and quality-focused working environment
- You have valuable experience working with search and headhunting, either in agency or in-house in a high-volume and vibrant environment
- Knowledge of various social media and recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, Github, and Stack Overflow
- The ability to source for technical roles using LinkedIn, Github, or Stack Overflow.
- Last but not least, you give it your all to always deliver a top-notch candidate and stakeholder experience
In terms of hard criteria, you have previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter and you probably hold a university degree, preferably within behavioral science or similar.
It's a merit if you have experience from working with tech recruitments and already have a network. Good communication skills in English and Swedish both oral and written are mandatory.
